Hello, I am an EU citizen. I registered an LTD in UK. I applied for VAT. The application has been refused, the explanation is "HMRC cannot agree to this application because you have not replied to a request for further information and/or documentation"
To my knowledge, I filled all questions in all the forms I was sent. It is possible that maybe the answers should have had an expected form that I was not aware of, or maybe needed to be more detailed. How can I ask which question I didn't answer?
The message goes on "If you do have any further information that you want HMRC to consider, please send it now. ", but there is no information as to what address to send the forms to. I'm wondering maybe one of the two forms I had to fill didn't get through, as I never received any confirmation that the forms got through. So I'm thinking of sending the two forms again. Which email address should I send the forms to?
