I am unsure whether to include payment for expenses in this category: "Income, receipts and other profits included in business income or expenses but not taxable as business profits". I have included the payment I received for the expenses as part of my income and the expenses as outgoings, but I don't believe that the income should be taxable - is that correct? Hi there. So if I understand correctly, because I am entering my expenses, these get deducted from my total income, so effectively I am not paying tax on them anyway. Is that correct? Therefore I do not need to enter them additionally as non-taxable income?
