For TSP declaration do UK business need to supply the following?
a. Seller, Name, Address, EORI, VAT number
b. Invoice including:
i. Gross & Net weight
ii. 10 Digit Commodity
iii. Value & Currency
iv. Description Of Product
v. Country of Origin
c. Date Of Import
d. Trailer Or Vehicle Registration
e. Incoterms

Some of that information is needed in the entry in commercial records (standard goods procedure), the simplified frontier declaration (controlled goods procedure), and the supplementary declaration (both TSP procedures).

An example of the kind of information required for the entry in commercial records includes:

• Your unique reference number for the consignment
• A description of the goods and the commodity code
• The quantity you’ve imported
• Purchase and (if available) sales invoice numbers
• The customs value
• Delivery details
• Supplier emails
