Agent Services - 'Sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties'

A fee of my client's have signed up for MTD however when I try to add them to my Agent Services account I get the message 'Sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties'. I can confirm that my clients have received the email advising them that they've been signed up to use software to submit their VAT returns.
