When i signed in with new User ID for Agent services account, it's asking for my companies UTR etc, Do we have to do this again?
We inputted this information when setting up an Agent services account for our firm. W
When you set up your new User ID for your Agents Services Account did you do this through the firms Agent Services Account?
If the main user logs in and adds new users it shouldn’t ask for this information again, however if you have created a new User ID out with the above process it will ask for UTR as if you are a brand new user as it isn’t linked to the firms User ID.
