After signing clients up for MTD

Hi ,

We have signed some client up to MTD using our new ASA. After 72 hours we have confirmation emails to say that they have successfully signed up to MTD. Now, how do I check whether there DD still exists? Is there an additional step after this or do I leave it as it is and the next DD will go out as usual?

Hi,

Thanks for your question.

If they have a Direct Debit this should be transferred over as part of the process, if you want to confirm this has happened you will need to call the VAT Advice Line on 0300 200 3700.
