Text code not received

I've been using the online self assessment facility for years and never had a problem before. I logged a few days ago to make sure it was working and all was OK.
This morning I tried to log in but have not received the necessary code by text message. This was about 4 hours ago.
What happens now?

Apply again. I have had several clients not get theirs and they just apply again.
