Call costs to HMRC helpline
I was unable to login to HMRCs website due to problems with identification. This was initially due to problems with an old address and then later again due to unexplained issues which prevented HMRCs website of accepting my identity documentation.
This was only solved after 2 extended phone calls to your help line, one lasting for 30 minutes and the other for 1 1/2 h resulting in call costs of totalling £17.35.
Are these costs deductible ?
