HMRC site still saying 'Not received' after File By Internet.

Heya,

We completed our self-assessment partnership info on the 27th Jan. We used Andica software to fill it in, as per usual. We logged into both of our personal HMRC accounts and everything's been done 100%. But when I log into the business HMRC login, under the 'At a glance' section it still says 'Received on: Not received'. The information was 'Filed by Internet' from Andica, and I received a confirmation receipt that all had gone okay.

I've had it take a couple hours before to register on HMRC, but never any longer. As it's getting close to the date, could someone let me know if this is the norm.

Thank you so much for getting back to me so promptly, but I've been checking that link for the last couple hours, and getting nothing other than 'All webchat advisers are busy at the moment.'

Do you have any other suggestions?

We are very busy today - the helpline number for online services is 0300 200 3600. The self assessment helpline is 0300 200 3300 - the SA helpline is open until 10pm today, tomorrow and Wednesday
